Requirements to Getting a License
Teens who are 15, 16, or 17 and have finished all their required classwork and mandatory driving hours are free to book online. This will count towards the required 50 hours of behind the wheel with an adult.
1. Take Vision and Written Test at the Illinois Secretary of State to get your permit.
Note: You will need to make an appointment with the Illinois Secretary of State. Click on "License and ID Card Services and look for same day appointments. Most appointment open up at exactly 6:30 AM, but recently they been opening up appointments at 6:35, 6:40, 6:45, etc. Advance Appointments are not recommended as they are severely limited.

2. Take fun classes with our instructors (Instruction Permit Required)

3. When ready, take the Road Exam to get a Driver's License.

Average Cost based on skills. All our prices are pay-as-you-go. Use our easy online booking system below to schedule your lesson. Do not get fooled into packages with zero possibility of getting a refund or random instructors per lessons. You can check our availability free of charge without a pay wall like most Chicago based driving schools. Choose the freedom of booking your own instructor. Most schools do 2 hours. Based on over 14 years of teaching experience, 1.5 hours is more effective in learning than 2-hour lessons.
*Keep in mind, these are averages. Could be more or less depending on age and anxiety. We always recommend to practice outside our driving lessons as well.
Beginner Driver: 6 Lessons-$540
Intermediate Driver: 3 Lessons-$270
