YOU MUST BOOK YOUR ROAD TEST WITH US BEFORE SCHEDULING THE ROAD TEST WITH THE ILLINOIS SECRETARY OF STATE!!! DO NOT SCHEDULE UNDER "ADVANCED" APPPOINTMENTS https://www.ilsos.gov/departments/drivers/appointments/home.html The instructor assigned to you will attempt to reach out to you a day before the exam. You will need to be in communication with the instructor assigned to you at 6:30 AM the day you scheduled an appointment with us. That is the only time appointments open up for a Road Exam. NOTE: The last few weeks, appointments for Road Tests have been opening up at 6:30 AM, 6:35 AM, 6:40 AM, 6:45 AM, etc. We will give you a 30-minute session to evaluate and practice the road exam area. Appointments must be booked at the end of the lesson with DMV. You will be charged $100 if your skills are lacking. We STRONGLY recommend you book a lesson before taking a test. YOU ARE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INCIDENTS THAT HAPPENS DURING THE TEST. The instructor will have the final say whether a test will be attempted. Please check Road Test Documents to know what documents you will need to bring with you for the road test. If you are missing one document, you will be turned away and you will have to pay the instructor $100 for his/her time. **If you are between the ages of 18 and 20, you will need to bring proof you passed Driver's Education like an official report card or a certified transcript (letter cannot be opened or you will be turned away). If you have neither, you WILL need to take a Six Hour Adult Certification Course. You would need to bring a physical copy of the Certificate of Completion if you finished the course. Check status at ilsos.gov/deccheck The instructor might have multiple people taking a road test at the same time as you. Keep in mind the Illinois Secretary of State online booking system may have problems on the day you want to take the road test and cannot guarantee you the appointment for time and/or day selected. The time selected at the Illinois Secretary of State Appointment System IS NOT the exact time you will take the road exam. It is only to get processed in the facility. You might have to wait a few hours. *Vehicles are equipped with dash-cams for the safety of the student and instructor thereof. ● Road Exam will take place at: 5401 N. Elston Ave, Chicago IL 60630 (Chicago North Facility) ● 30 Minute practice at DMV Area. ● Insured Vehicle for Road Test Exam ● Must Have Valid Illinois Driving Permit

Cancelation Policy

Payment: To keep our prices reasonable, we are asking everyone to pay via cash, check or Zelle. Payment is due in person on the day of the class to the instructor. Any tips will go directly to the instructor. Please allow an extra 20 minutes for the instructor to arrive due to the unpredictability of traffic as we only have 30 minutes between sessions. Our radius is Northside of Chicago (including Skokie, Morton Grove, Park Ridge) with exceptions. If you book outside our radius, your appointment will be cancelled. Please be aware we may cancel if distance is too far or there is heavy traffic between classes or there is a severe thunderstorm/flooding or icy/slick roads or temperature conditions are too dangerous to drive. Please make sure that you can make the selected time and date before booking a Driving Lesson as there is a $50.00 cancellation fee if you cancel under 48 hours. You will receive a SMS and email reminder 24 hours before your lesson. Please DO NOT REPLY OR RESPOND TO THE AUTOMATED MESSAGES. If you need to cancel or reschedule, communicate with us through Email or calling our primary number. You also need to bring with your original Instruction Permit/Driver's License for all driving lessons. All driving vehicles and office/classroom are equipped with dash cams/security cameras for you and the instructor's safety.
